GARDENING GOD'S WAY

Plant three rows of peas:

Peace of mind

Peace of heart

Peace of soul

Plant four rows of squash:

Squash gossip

Squash indifference

Squash selfishness

Squash your pride

Plant four rows of lettuce:

Lettuce be faithful

Lettuce be kind

Lettuce really love one another

Lettuce be generous to others

Every garden needs some turnips:

Turnip for meetings

Turnip for service

Turnip to help one another

Water freely with patience and cultivate with love. There will be so much fruit in your garden, because you always reap what you sow.

To conclude our garden we must have thyme:

Thyme for God

Thyme for prayer

Thyme for family

Thyme to stop and smell a rose

Thyme to give someone else a word of encouragement

Thyme to smile at a stranger

Thyme to enjoy a beautiful sunset

Thyme to hug a child

Thyme to say, "I really look forward to seeing you again." -- and mean

every word of it

Thyme to say, "God be with you 'till we meet again."
