All our agencies/programs have to be approved by our Diocesan International Student School Office prior to placing a student in our schools. If you are interested in being an approved placment agency/program, please contact Virginia Trujillo at 563-888-4230 or [email protected]. 

When an agency/program is approved, we have a admission process that will start at the school to receive academic acceptance. Once that process is completed they will complete the Diocese of Davenport Application Packet. There are fees involved for each of the different steps so please make sure you ask what those are prior to the admission process. Some fee are non-refundable. 

The agency/program is required to locate host families for the student(s) and they will need to complete our Safe Enviornmet Program which includes a background check prior to the student living in the home.

When a student has completed the required documents and payments, the I-20 and supporting documents will be sent directly to the student per Immigration regulations. 

                                      
                                

We also take students that are not with an agency/program, they are required to complete the admission process, paperwork, supporting documents and finding their own host family. We do not place students with families.
