The Bishop desires that every entity in the Diocese, including parishes and schools, have a similar set of policies and procedures regarding employment and volunteer work. Each Diocesan entity should have an Employer Procedure Manual and a Staff Handbook that the entity customizes to fit its particular needs and situation and that also contain elements common to all Diocesan entities.
