NCYC 2023
November 16-18
Indianapolis, IndianaNCYC, the National Catholic Youth Conference, is a celebration of the young Church sponsored by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry.
This powerful event gathers together Catholic High School youth (grades 9-12)
and their adult leaders from across the nation.

Buses depart for Indianpolis on November 16th and return to Iowa on November 19th.

NCYC 2023 Information
The cost for this pilgrimage is approximately $655 per person. Final pricing will be determined once NFCYM announces the ticket prices and we have our hotel assignment. Note that the conference ticket fee increases periodically, the closer we get to the conference. Additional fees will apply dependent upon the time participants are registered.
The fee is based on lodging with quad occupancy. Triple, Double and Single occupancy rooms for adults may be available for an additional per person charge.
Included in the fee:• Transportation, motor coach bus - to/from Indianapolis and to/from hotel/convention center
Fee is non-refundable. Refer to the Cost-Payment Schedule-Deadlines document for additional information, see link below in Forms & Documents.

2022 1-Nov Intent to Participate form (closed) 2023 23-Jan Diocesan Scholarship Application (closed) 26-Jan Early-bird ticket order form (closed) 26-Jan Group Information form (closed) 1-Feb $150 per person deposit payment 13-Mar Room type spreadsheet - submit earlier if at all possible! 14-Apr T-shirt design submission deadline 1-May $175 per person payment 1-Jun Group Participant Information spreadsheet 1-Aug $175 per person payment 1-Aug Diocesan Participant (waiver) forms, Youth & Adult 1-Sep Adults must be Safe Environment compliant - Final deadline 1-Sep Rooming list form 1-Oct Guardians/Parents of youth and adult participants need to watch for email from NFCYM - It will contain a link to the NFCYMNCYC Legal Agreement 15-Oct NFCYMNCYC Legal Agreement completed 1-Nov $155 per person payment (more or less) plus applicable additional room type charges and/or additional ticket fee charges. TBA A final invoice will be provided for incidental charges (e.g., substitutions, diocesan arranged meals/pizza, etc.). Due date for payment will vary. -
